How to Track Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation with a tracking link.

Order Status Definitions
- Processing: We’ve received your order and are preparing it. In-stock items ship within 1–2 business days. Engraved/custom orders may take up to 8 business days.
- Shipped: Your package has left our facility and is in transit. You can track it via the link in your confirmation email.
- Partial: Some items have shipped, and the rest are coming soon (applies to Canada & U.S. orders only).
Shipping Timelines
- Canada & U.S.: 2–4 business days (standard), 1–2 business days (express)
- India: 5–7 business days (standard)
