Jewelry Shipping & Delivery Policy
At Ziva, every piece of jewelry is handcrafted from scratch with precision and care. Because of this, our shipping timelines depend on the specific type of jewelry you've ordered. Please review the details below carefully to understand when to expect your order.
Production & Shipping Timelines
(Time needed to create your jewelry before it ships)
Note: Business days do not include weekends or holidays. These timelines are applicable during non-peak and non-promotional periods.
Changes to Orders
- You may request changes within 24 hours of placing your order.
- After 24 hours, changes are not possible—you will need to place a new order.
- Address changes (billing or shipping) also require a new order.
- If you place a new order, the shipping timeline restarts based on the new order date.
Delivery Timelines (After Shipping)
Once your order is complete and shipped, you'll receive a tracking number. Delivery usually takes:
- 2–5 business days (U.S. & Canada orders)
Important: We'll do our best to meet requested delivery dates, but we can't guarantee delivery times due to the handcrafted nature of each piece and factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, air cargo delays, courier issues).
Rush & Overnight Shipping
- Need it faster? Email us at care@thezivadiamonds.com to request and pay for overnight shipping.
- Please note: Overnight delivery is not guaranteed, as we rely on third-party carriers.
Order in Transit or Delivery Issues
- Orders cannot be canceled once they are in transit. If you'd like to return it, we must receive the item back at the address requested by our customer care team, email our care team at care@thezivadiamonds.com.
- All packages are fully insured and require a signature upon delivery.
- Want to change the delivery address after shipping? Email us at care@thezivadiamonds.com. While we will try to help, re-routing is not guaranteed and could delay your delivery or result in the package being returned to us.
International Orders
Yes, we ship internationally!
To place an international order:
- Email us at care@thezivadiamonds.com with the design you're interested in.
- We'll reply with shipping costs, applicable taxes, and any duties.
- Review our international return policy for more information.
Summary Checklist
- Production starts once your order is placed if the item is made to order and takes 8–20 business days based on the item.
- If the order is in stock it normally takes upto 8 business days.
- ◻ Order changes allowed within 24 hours only.
- Delivery takes 2–5 business days once shipped.
- No cancellations once shipped. Returns require the item to be received at our studio first.
