There will be no disruption to your orders. We are actively using alternative couriers to ensure your delivery is on time.
Shipping Overview
- Processing Time: Not included in delivery timelines. Most in-stock items ship within 1–2 business days. Engraved or monogrammed items ship within 8 business days.
- Delivery Estimates: Timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather, holidays, or courier delays. Final estimates are shown at checkout.
- Split Shipments: Orders to Canada and the U.S. may be shipped in parts if dispatch dates differ by more than 7 days.
- Shipping Fees: Based on your order subtotal before tax or discounts. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

International Shipping & Customs (India Only)
Orders shipped to India may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are not covered by Ziva Diamond. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. Tracking may take a few hours to update after shipment.

- Shipped – Your order is with the courier.
- Partial – Some items have shipped, others will follow (Canada & US only).
Changes or Cancellations
Orders are processed quickly, so we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once submitted. Please contact us immediately and we’ll do our best to help.
